You’re Naturally Creative, Resourceful, and Whole, and this is the belief about you that the Co-Active coaching model rests on. As a coach I know that you already have the inner resources to shape your own destiny and live the life that you want, and my approach, combined with the energy I bring to the coaching, can help you to summon them.

WHAT IS CO-ACTIVE COACHING.
We can all be Co-Active, but we live in a world where 95% of people are stuck in the Active state, barely aware of why they’re doing what they’re doing, and without balance, many tip over into “burnout syndrome”, like mice on a wheel who have run themselves to exhaustion. This is a useful image, because running ragged without any sense of meaning or control is a prime cause of stress. A loose definition of the “Co” in Co-Active is that it stands for awareness (of ourselves and others), and it’s the balancing element that sits across from Action on the other side of the hyphen. The “Active” stands for action, but this only scratches the surface of the depth involved.
The hyphen is a bit like the balance point in the middle of a seesaw and the Co-Active coach helps you to see how you can shift your weight between the two sides as needed, balancing and blending the energies of each.
